Mr. Ray Morris - Federal Executive Board of Minnesota, Executive Director
Since 1997 Raymond W. Morris has served as the Executive Director of the Federal Executive Board of Minnesota. He has previously served in a variety roles in the United States National Park Service. He received his Master of Arts (History) from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania and Bachelors of Science (Professional & Secondary Education) also from East Stroudsburg University. Among others, his awards include Outstanding Employee of the Year Nominee, U.S. Dept of the Interior, National Business Center, Office of the Secretary, 2007; Meritorious Hall Of Fame, East Stroudsburg School District, PA - 2005; Team Excellence Award, U.S. Dept of the Interior, Office of the Secretary - 2001; Community Partnership Award, Hamline University, St. Paul, MN - 2001; National Partnership for the Reinvention of Government (Vice President Al Gore)- 1999 - 1998. He also serves as the City Commissioner (Parks), City of Mendota Heights; Board Member & Vice Chairman, American Red Cross; Board Member, American Red Cross, Twin Cities Chapter; and, as Board Member, Association of Minnesota Emergency Managers. His other achievements include Sworn Testimony in 2007 on pandemic preparedness for the U.S. Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs, and numerous interviews for Government Executive Magazine (National Journal publication) and Federal Times newspaper.
